Template Support
I aim to make every template as easy to use as possible, but I understand that sometimes you may need a bit of guidance along the way.
Before You Reach Out
Most questions can be solved quickly by checking:
- The template instructions / documentation
- Framer’s official help center
- The built-in structure of the template
- If you’re still stuck, I’m happy to assist.
What’s Included in Support
Support is intended to help you use the template as it was designed. I’m happy to help with:
- Questions about editing text, images, and content
- Using CMS collections (blog, books, etc.)
- Fixing bugs or unexpected behavior
- Clarifying how specific sections work
- General guidance on customization
What’s Not Included in Support
To keep support fair and sustainable, I’m not able to provide:
- Full custom development or redesigns
- Building new pages or features from scratch
- Advanced custom code (outside the template scope)
- Third-party integrations or external tools
- General Framer training or unrelated issues
Support Guidelines (Q&A)
Can I ask how to edit or customize something in the template?
Yes, absolutely. That’s what support is for.
Can I request a new feature or design change?
You can suggest ideas, but custom features or redesigns are not included in support.
Can you fix something that isn’t working correctly?
Yes. If it’s a bug or something broken in the template, I’ll take care of it.
Can you help me build my entire website?
No. Support covers guidance, not full implementation or done-for-you work.
Can I ask questions unrelated to the template?
Support is focused on the template itself. For broader topics, I recommend Framer’s official resources.
Response Time
I typically respond within 24–48 hours (business days). Please note that response times may vary depending on request volume.
